Obnoxiously Slow Service - 7 Hours for an Oil Change I brought my Mazda in for an oil change at my scheduled 10:20am appointment time. I was guaranteed to have my car back by 5pm at the absolute latest. I brought my Mazda in for an oil change at my scheduled 10:20am appointment time. I was guaranteed to have my car back by 5pm at the absolute latest. Which was fine on paper because no oil change should take seven hours. I was told I could pick up my car at 5:15pm. I arrived at the dealership and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. I finally drove off the lot at 5:30pm, over seven hours later. More

Amazing customer but expensive pricing I called and spoke with Lawrence in the service department, he was absolutely amazing, with answering my questions and following up with me as promise I called and spoke with Lawrence in the service department, he was absolutely amazing, with answering my questions and following up with me as promised regarding questions he had to research. The price quoted to me was very expensive in my opinion ($85 bucks to change one head light bulb) and that’s including me providing the light bulb, but Lawrence’s customer service was so amazing, I decided to make an appointment anyway. Lawrence took very good care of me and even called a lift for me to return home and another to pick me up to pick up my car. All said and done I ended up paying $165 to have my battery changed in my key fob, both headlights replaced ( with bulbs I provided) and to have my car inspected and diagnosis . The inspection also covered placing air in tires and resetting my oil and tire pressure notifications, as well as a complimentary car wash ;). I would definitely recommend taking your car to their service dept, if you can afford their prices. More
