Massively overcharged me for repairs, way over the original quote that they gave me. Brakepad/rotor replacement on the back two wheels and replacing one caliper ran me $2500, and it took them two days original quote that they gave me. Brakepad/rotor replacement on the back two wheels and replacing one caliper ran me $2500, and it took them two days longer to finish the job than they originally estimated. On top of that, my brakes STILL aren't responsive -- I'm taking the car to a real mechanic to double check their work. Then they had the audacity to send me an email trying to BUY the godd*mn car with a lowball offer, claiming that it was in "good" condition but not "excellent." My car barely has 15k miles on it and I paid you two and a half grand to fix the brakes, if it's not in excellent condition then it's YOUR FAULT! They also claimed that I didn't have any warranty for the car when I paid extra for the 5-year powertrain warranty back in 2020. Honestly, I could forgive them being liars and cheapskates if they were at least decent mechanics, but they really can't do anything right. More
