My car service was handled by my Service Advisor John Calles and service technicians efficiently, courteously, and professionally. Check-in was quick, Lyft service home was quick. I appreciate how Culver Calles and service technicians efficiently, courteously, and professionally. Check-in was quick, Lyft service home was quick. I appreciate how Culver City Mazda uses technology to keep customers informed, like the email copy of the repair order and link to a thorough Inspection video from the service technician that shows and explains the work being done, and any issues identified. I also appreciated being notified in the link of items needing "Immediate Attention" with pricing info, and those needing "Attention Soon." There were some issues with Lyft service to the dealer, but they were quickly resolved by John and the very nice service receptionist. Overall, I'm very happy with the service I received from Culver City Mazda. More

Every time I bring my car here for service it is a top notch experience. The service is always done well, thoroughly, and every detail is documented. When I came into the dealership for my first service, they made it quite easy. John Calles came to me when I was in line. I did not have to wait long to get me processed in.
