I was given an estimate of 3:30 - 4:00 that the car would be done, But didn't get an update until I called at 4;00. At that time I was informed that it would take another 45 minutes. I got a text at 5:00 bar be done, But didn't get an update until I called at 4;00. At that time I was informed that it would take another 45 minutes. I got a text at 5:00 barely had time to call to schedule a Lyft back to the dealership. Then I couldn't take care of another issue found during inspection because it the service department was closed. It seems that with the limited amount of technicians and capacity that you have that you could schedule things more efficiently. More

Miguel was amazing. He was attentive and did a great job of showing he cared. His focus was on me, my concerns and getting me on my way. Even though I’m sure he was jugg He was attentive and did a great job of showing he cared. His focus was on me, my concerns and getting me on my way. Even though I’m sure he was juggling multiple things at once, it never showed. When he was with me , I was his only client. Miguel was accommodating and understanding of my time and didn’t hesitate to do what needed to be done to ensure I was taken care of. More
