Miguel and the entire staff were delightful. My low rating is due to the high cost of service - I was given an estimate of $3000 for several "urgent" repairs my seldom-driven car needed. When I looked at the provided cost breakdown, parts were cheap and labor was sky high! I realize things take time and need specialists, but come on. Honestly, if I thought the mechanics in the back were seeing the money, I'd pay it ... but I have a feeling the dealership is pocketing most of those fees. And with so many repairs needed, no deal or coupon was offered? I'll be shopping around for a better deal on labor. More

This was the first service that was due for my new CX-5 and the whole process was smooth and the wait time was shorter than I expected.
