Miguel was amazing. He was attentive and did a great job of showing he cared. His focus was on me, my concerns and getting me on my way. Even though I’m sure he was jugg He was attentive and did a great job of showing he cared. His focus was on me, my concerns and getting me on my way. Even though I’m sure he was juggling multiple things at once, it never showed. When he was with me , I was his only client. Miguel was accommodating and understanding of my time and didn’t hesitate to do what needed to be done to ensure I was taken care of. More

Miguel and the entire staff were delightful. My low rating is due to the high cost of service - I was given an estimate of $3000 for several "urgent" repairs my seldom-driven car needed. When I My low rating is due to the high cost of service - I was given an estimate of $3000 for several "urgent" repairs my seldom-driven car needed. When I looked at the provided cost breakdown, parts were cheap and labor was sky high! I realize things take time and need specialists, but come on. Honestly, if I thought the mechanics in the back were seeing the money, I'd pay it ... but I have a feeling the dealership is pocketing most of those fees. And with so many repairs needed, no deal or coupon was offered? I'll be shopping around for a better deal on labor. More
