Lack of urgency to greet or take care of clients, long wait times, didn’t receive video overview until after payment, very poor communication and was provided different answers to my questions. I wasn’t informed of the estimated cost, even though this was my FIRST service, which I was told & thought was free. I had to pay my return Uber, which is ridiculous being you don’t have or offer Loaners or was my FIRST service, which I was told & thought was free. I had to pay my return Uber, which is ridiculous being you don’t have or offer Loaners or maybe you do; I just wasn’t offered one. I asked if my vehicle needed shocks, I wasn’t provided an answer. The light where the air comes in stays on. When I told the guy who checked me in (John) he said it’s supposed to stay on, that’s not true….. Geez, if u don’t know, just say, I don’t know & we’re not going to fix it. Next time (if I return to Culver City) Mazda, I’d prefer a “Seasoned” technician, like Martin at Culver City Volvo. More
