This was the second time Miguel has assisted me since I’ve been coming to the Culver City location and from now on I will try to especially request him whenever I come back. He is one of the most profess I’ve been coming to the Culver City location and from now on I will try to especially request him whenever I come back. He is one of the most professional people I’ve ever had assist with car servicing. He communicated very clearly, promptly, and always set proper expectations throughout this and my previous services. As a customer, I certainly felt like I was handled with care and would like for your team to know that you have a very valuable employee on your hands. My appointment was at 11:20. My Service Rep Jonathan met me at my car. He was very personable. He went over the anticipated scheduled service and inspected my car. He then explained that the technicians would be taking their scheduled break and the service might be longer than usual. I was prepared to wait a few hours so Jonathan showed me to the waiting area. He said the car should be ready around 1:00. I grabbed a cup of coffee and settled in to read and play games on my tablet. A few minutes past 1:00 Jonathan called to say my car was ready. I met him at the counter and he went over the services that were done. He then explained the services recommended for a later visit. As usual my experience at Mazda service was smooth sailing from scheduling through completion of the work. More

John was so helpful and very clear in setting expectations! The only reason I docked a star is because I had an appointment and was quoted a 4 hour wait time for a basic service, which it did end expectations! The service office and the technicians I've interacted with are quite good. A tiny bit of confusion when calling because there's service managers called John and Jonathan (I've had both) and you have to with are quite good. A tiny bit of confusion when calling because there's service managers called John and Jonathan (I've had both) and you have to use the full name to get the right person. The dealership explains carefully what's needed and sends videos of the car examination. Only one beef -- I've taken two cars to this dealership and both came back with a single deep scratch on the lower left portion of the outside of the steering wheel. Neither my wife nor I (the drivers of the vehicle) wear rings or other accessories on our hands, so the damage, which can definitely be felt, is something that occurred during handling at the dealership.
