My appointment was at 11:20. My Service Rep Jonathan met me at my car. He was very personable. He went over the anticipated scheduled service and inspected my car. He then explained that the technicians would be taking their scheduled break and the service might be longer than usual. I was prepared to wait a few hours so Jonathan showed me to the waiting area. He said the car should be ready around 1:00. I grabbed a cup of coffee and settled in to read and play games on my tablet. A few minutes past 1:00 Jonathan called to say my car was ready. I met him at the counter and he went over the services that were done. He then explained the services recommended for a later visit. As usual my experience at Mazda service was smooth sailing from scheduling through completion of the work. More

John was so helpful and very clear in setting expectations! The only reason I docked a star is because I had an appointment and was quoted a 4 hour wait time for a basic service, which it did end expectations!
