The people there are wonderful but its not normal to wait 6 hours for an oil change (with an appointment). I feel like whenever I go there they claim to be understaffed and overbooked. I dropped by in the morning without an appointment to ask about a 15,000 mile service on my 2021 Miata. They not only scheduled me in but provided a ride (via Lyft) to my office and back.
