To top off their criminality they signed my name on a bill that I never knew what the cost was to be for the work they were to do. They forged my name on a bill of over a thousand dollars. They are wonderful. There was a slight problem with my appointment. Otherwise, they were fabulous. They even rushed my car out at the end when I had a work emergency. Miguel was great and I appreciated the quick intake. I make the earliest possible appointment so that I can get this done first thing and go on about my day. The idea that I might have to take a half day off work for such routine maintenance makes me question whether I should have this done at a dealership at all, even in light of my pre-purchased maintenance plan. Dropped my CX-5 off for a scheduled headlight recall service, pickup end of day. Got a call saying they would not be able to finish it and would keep it over the weekend. I requested to talk to the Serv service, pickup end of day. Got a call saying they would not be able to finish it and would keep it over the weekend.
