Criminals! Seniors beware! These people will make you wait all day and charge you for things you did not ask to be done. To top off their criminality they signed my name on a bill that I never knew what the cost was to be for the work they were to do. They forged my name on a bill of over a thousand dollars. They are wonderful. There was a slight problem with my appointment. Otherwise, they were fabulous. They even rushed my car out at the end when I had a work emergency. I make the earliest possible appointment so that I can get this done first thing and go on about my day. The idea that I might have to take a half day off work for such routine maintenance makes me question whether I should have this done at a dealership at all, even in light of my pre-purchased maintenance plan. Dropped my CX-5 off for a scheduled headlight recall service, pickup end of day. Got a call saying they would not be able to finish it and would keep it over the weekend.
