Amy Felix was great when going through the checkpoint list and explaining to me what services would happen. The car got delivered after 4 hours and was not even washed - I saw other cars being delivered list and explaining to me what services would happen. Recently brought my car in for CarPlay installation. Service provided was great. From the intitial encounter with Steve, I knew I was in good hands.
