Staff is all fantastic, very helpful, great work, and stick with safety protocols. That parking lot is awful, though, and picking up your car at the end is kind of a nightmare. There's nowhere to wait for your car, the way out is hard to find or navigate, and it constantly feels like you're in the wrong place. I have to remove a star for the layout because, honestly, it's close to becoming a dealbreaker. More
