The vehicles started eliminating themselves for different reasons. We also eliminated a few dealerships along the way...for different reasons. We were down to 2 vehicles on our short list so we went to the internet. I not only was looking for inventory but also at Dealer Ratings. Started email conversation with Kyle Potter at Cumberland. Looked up the dealer rating and decided to drive down and have a look. Had assistance with an appointment with Kyle through Krystine? Krystal? (sorry)...anyway, she was very friendly and had things set-up for the appointment. Upon our arrival, Kyle was attending to another customer. We waited for just a minute when Travis Fitzpatrick showed up to help. Within about 10 minutes we knew we would be dealing with these folks. Come to find out they have both vehicles that were on our short list! Drove one on the first lot, went to the second lot drove another one. Not exactly all the options we were looking for but Travis found the color and options we wanted at another dealer. Between some bad weather and driving back and forth a bit we did purchase the vehicle they had found. Sounds simple but the folks at Cumberland: Travis, Kyle, Bill, Adam.. all made the whole experience VERY enjoyable. Something else of note.. we live about 30 minutes west of Knoxville but made our purchase 75 miles away simply due to how were treated at Cumberland. Thank you folks! Pulled into Cumberland Chrysler Center and was met by Andy Claborn. After driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee and looking at a Jeep Cherokee we talked about trading. This was by far the best trade I have ever made and the easiest. Even my wife was impressed. I really like my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and the Liberty trade-in allowance was tops. I checked KBB on it's value before looking for a new vehicle. I highly recommend Cumberland Chrysler Center and will be back the next time I need to by a new vehicle. More
