Jim Tuck, our salesman, From the moment we walked into Cumberland kia we knew this was the only dealership we wanted to do business with from now on. Jim Tuck, our salesman, greeted us warmly and never once made us feel like we were being pushed towards anything. He simply presented the honest facts and numbers ( we researched thoroughly before we decided to come here and buy), he took his time and let us test drive whatever we were interested in and gave us his personal testimony on what he drove. In the end we were able to get in a new 2016 kia soul with an excellent APR. As one of the only family owned Kia dealerships left in our state it is an experience you won't find at the big "box dealers" in Nashville. Love this place. More
