Being new to the area, we arrived a bit skeptical, but soon were put at ease with the friendliness and easy going atmosphere of all the people we met there. There was none of the typical "car salesman" mentality that we had dealt with in the past, just straight forward information and helpful suggestions. After comparing several other dealers before purchasing, it became obvious that we had started out in just the right place, and bottom line, got the best deal. Happily in love with my KIA Soul I came to Cumberland KIA in Cookeville to test drive a KIA Soul. I had spoke with them on the internet back and forth letting them know what I wanted I came to Cumberland KIA in Cookeville to test drive a KIA Soul. I have been to several dealerships and they "attack" you as you pull in and that's definitely not what I wanted. Well I made the trip to the dealership and I have never felt more relieved and at ease making a big purchase. They were AWESOME! Cody B and Paula helped me every step of the way. The Best Carmelina was the best. It took a couple of visits for me to decide what type of new car I wanted and she didn't pressure me to make a decision Carmelina was the best. This summer she spent all afternoon in the blazing heat showing me different cars with different features that I might like or want to consider. She didn't bug me or push me to make a decision and she was so patient with me! If she didn't know the answer to some obscure question I had she told me so and was quick to find out. It took a month for me to make my mind up about which cars I wanted. When I came to the dealership she remembered me and many of the things that we had talked about that I wanted. She worked hard all evening to get me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I will definitely buy my next car from her! More

Mike worked with me over a three-day span (including six straight hours one day), allowing me to take multiple test drives and answering all the questions I had. Unlike another pushy salesman I encountered, he never criticized any other dealership or brand. He gave me the facts and let me decide exactly what I wanted. When I made up my mind, Mike went the distance to find exactly what I wanted (interior/exterior colors, trim level, etc.). He even came in on his day off to be sure everything was taken care of.
