The work is done as promised. The people are very helpful. But don't let them tow your car...they charged me $300 for a 12 mile tow. My car showed low. Pressure on 2 tires diagonally on my way to a hospital appointment. When I finished I drove straight to dealership and asked if they could check them. This was before 9am. The shop gentleman was very polite and filled the tires. I also asked to check about a recall that I was notified about. I thought it was already taken car of when I was in Il. He checked and said that he pulled the fuse for trailer hitch wiring and will notify me when the part comes in. This was my best experience at a dealership especially since it was not a scheduled service. Thank you so much. More
