Part needed was promised to arrive on 9/6 But did not arrive till around 9/28. The guys in the shop were relaying what the parts department we're telling them and apparently the parts department had no c arrive till around 9/28. The guys in the shop were relaying what the parts department we're telling them and apparently the parts department had no clue as to when this part would arrive. It was very frustrating! For each of those days I was paying for a rental car. The manager of the department was very nice about it and promise me a check for $250 as partial reimbursement for my car rental charges. So far the check has not arrived. More
