Was told the repairs were under warranty just to be told they were not and I owed a 326 tow bill or they were keeping my car. Will never be back or own another kia ever again. More

No thanks, we called and spoke with you three separate times and was told that nothing could be done each time even though we were straight lied to, not even a break on the tow bill. My friend has his own tow truck, why would I ever say yes to a 326.00 tow when I know he would have done it for free, if I wasn’t lead to believe everything was covered under warranty? No Kia for us ever again!
