After calling ahead to schedule an appointment to change my tire, the correct tire was not at the shop. The service ended up taking three hours because they were waiting for the correct tire. No updates wer my tire, the correct tire was not at the shop. The service ended up taking three hours because they were waiting for the correct tire. No updates were given during this entire time unless I asked myself after waiting for over two hours. Sadly this is not the first issue like this. More

I called three times over two week period for a appointment to get my oil change and tires rotated I had to leave a message and no one returned my calls. The fourth call I was able to speak to a pe appointment to get my oil change and tires rotated I had to leave a message and no one returned my calls. The fourth call I was able to speak to a person ( Rebecca ). She scheduled a appointment right away and I was very pleased as always with Kia Service. Rebecca is really friendly and I will definitely be back again. Been coming here since 2012 I purchased a new Kia Sorento I love it. More
