When I arrived, the service person spoke to me right away. I asked him if any recalls on my vehicle could be fixed that day along with my attended purpose, to have my 7500 mile service check. We have purchased 4 Kia‘s from this dealership. On my wife’s last service the technician forgot to change a seal and her car was leaking oil. We brought the car back and it was remedied. The main problem with the service department is that their phone number has been very problematic for months. When you call the main number and request service department, you are immediately transferred to a service department line that is no longer in use and requested to leave a message.
