They need to work on customer service and the small details. Specifically I had an engine replaced and had little to no updates as to when it would be completed. In the past I’ve had to Uber to the dealer to pick up my car because thier was faulty communication between shifts. They also leave all the keys on the front desks all the time. I feel like that could be troublesome if someone wanted to mess with them or steal a car. More
