The dealership it’s self if trying their hardest however, they’re having such trouble getting ahold of people above them and having help that I haven’t got my car back in going on 4 weeks and this is the sec they’re having such trouble getting ahold of people above them and having help that I haven’t got my car back in going on 4 weeks and this is the second time we have taken it up there. My car is a 2021, but bought and it’s already messed up and I’m yet to get it back. The cookeville dealership has done a great job as far as keeping us updated on the car but the people above them aren’t helping out at all. More
