Getting someone to answer the phone for Cumberland Auto is a joke. It will ring at least 20 times before she answers. Then you have to let them transfer you to KIA service. It took me 4-5 weeks to get my car fixed do to waiting on parts. The peoptat the service are very friendly. Something needs to be done about the main switchboard operator. It should never ever take that long to answer a phone. More
They told me my kia soul was ready and when I showed up it wasn't. I live an hour away. Not to mention once I finally was able to pick my car up the battery was dead (after they had it for 2 and 1/2 months it wasn't. I live an hour away. They also didn't tell me about the recall on the engine, let me leave without discussing anything with me, and my car broke down the same day on the interstate.
