They completely replaced my engine free of charge due to it being covered under warranty. All the employees were nice but I will say they are not very good about answering calls or calling you back. Brought my pickup in to have some work done on the suspension I brought every part needed and replaced anything that wasn't right started at one set price and then they tried to add more to their labo suspension I brought every part needed and replaced anything that wasn't right started at one set price and then they tried to add more to their labor because of issues with Rusty boats etc so I took stuff off that I wanted to done to keep the same price to where it was Don't know if it was really the parts or just the person not having help or not having the right tools to do his job correctly is the reason why I was almost charged more than double for doing a job that I was already paying a little more for in the first place $100 an hour rate is set off of jobs no matter if it's front brakes or complete front end not charging the job for how long the truck sits in the shop because you can't get the parts off it's not the customer's problem. If a job calls for 3 and 1/2 hours per side to change complete front end components You should be charged 3 and 1/2 hours not 13 hours because you didn't have the right tools to get the parts off.
