Terrible customer service! !!!!!! Paid $90 for an oil change and literally one hour and a half later they never checked what I asked them to they didn’t rotate my tires and didn !!!!!! Paid $90 for an oil change and literally one hour and a half later they never checked what I asked them to they didn’t rotate my tires and didn’t even fill my windshield wiper fluid up!! Who knows what else also had oil hand prints all over my car on the side!! I will never buy from this location again!! Or use them for anything who knows if my oil even got changed?!? And the service manager was so rude!! Didn’t even get my first oil change for free nor did I get it free after of all this non sense! More

I had an oil change. Nine days later my oil light came on so I took my vehicle back in. They completed another oil change and reported that my van was out of oil. I had never had an issue with my van, never had a check engine light on, and never had an oil light on until this incident. My vehicle has only been serviced at Kia since the day I bought it from the Kia dealership. More
