An appointment SLOT probably was available ... I just couldn't talk to anyone about scheduling one. As I understand it, the 'published' number I called - (btw it's the same number I've used for many years) - went to a phone that was not being monitored. That person was not working and it appears that no one monitors that phone's calls. Of course all I know is that NO ONE responded to my messages. If someone (on a published number) is not available, calls need to be forwarded to someone that IS working.
