This was an awesome experience. The service department was on time and the lady taking care of repairs took the time to research and get my car repaired under warranty. My first visit all that could be done wasn't. Had to complete the next time. Asked for tire rotation to be done since it was close enough to the 5,000 mile. That wasn't done. While I understand when a part needs to be ordered and need to come back for another appt, the general stuff should have been completed my first trip. Makes me wonder as to what was actually done. Still haven't gotten a bill for the oil change and filter. I asked for a receipt of exactly what was completed and was denied. I trusted the word of overdrive recommending kia for my service needs. Not a great way to start off. I'm willing to give second chances, but if my service continues to be questionable than I will take my business elsewhere. More
