Was told the repairs were under warranty just to be told they were not and I owed a 326 tow bill or they were keeping my car. Will never be back or own another kia ever again. More

No thanks, we called and spoke with you three separate times and was told that nothing could be done each time even though we were straight lied to, not even a break on the tow bill. My friend has his own tow truck, why would I ever say yes to a 326.00 tow when I know he would have done it for free, if I wasn’t lead to believe everything was covered under warranty? No Kia for us ever again!

If you cant handle a milege maintenance, oil change, which was to include a tire rotation at a "scheduled" appt then maybe I should look elsewhere for my car maintenance. These two things were my main focus the first visit. They had nothing to do with ordering parts. The dealership I bought the car from was going to pay for the other two issues and one of them the part had to be ordered. I GET THAT! But when I bring my vehicle in for mileage maintenance, I expect it to be done and completed on that visit. Not in intervals, with multiple appts to get the job done. As far as reciept of detailed information of work done I DID request it! DENIED and told it would be mailed to me, along with my bill for service. Almost a month later, I still have not recieved it! Making me feel like I misunderstood, isnt gaining much respect from me. Don't EVER insult me! Its just xxxx poor service. Not a good start. I still questioned what was actually dobe, being my vehicle sat out in the parking lot for an hour and a half before it was even taken in. When I schedule an appt. I expect my vehicle to be started on. I sat there almost the entire morning. That is b.s. Especially when most of what I needed done that first visit, it was ignored. I should have been told at the scheduling of my appt that they couldnt handle the 100,000 maintence check, oil change and filter and tire rotation in one visit. The other two things could have waited for the next appt. as the part for my door had to be ordered. The incompetence isnt on my end!
