Had a hitch installed on my jeep. It was on back order and took about 4 months to get in. It had went up in price by 300 but your guys said we stick by what we quoted. No one calls back. Left voicemails and haven’t received a response back from them. I had gotten an oil changed and they put the wrong sticker on my window. I tried to call to set up an appointment and have left voicemails but no responses. This makes the second time that my oil has ran completely dry before my next oil change. I didn’t get the paper showing the inspection they did. Not too happy with it. I’ve had good to say up until here recently. They need someone who will answer the calls or at least respond. Calls shouldn’t be responded to at your convenience as it says on your voicemail. I probably wont be going back. The kid that spoke with me at the last service done to my vehicle seemed new and wasn’t really informative. Like I said, this makes the second time. The rest of them have done a wonderful job, but the girl can’t answer the phone and that young kid is probably just new. However, I do appreciate the ones I’ve never had issues with.
