When we finally called back, John was on vacation and Eric Grooms stepped in to help find the car we wanted. Other dealerships can be petty in situations like this but for our situation we can definitely see that Cumberland Toyota was positive and working as a team. Wayne Chaffin helped us with financing. Everyone was great to work with. They worked with us on pricing to meet our budget and payment needs. Overall a very good experience. Would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend. More
