He followed up on all of my calls and after I decided on my SUV he devoted his entire day off to finishing my deal so I could be on the road with my safe new ride in time for a possible snow storm this upcoming week. Jim didn't promise things he couldn't deliver. The dealership has great extras like free oil changes, road side assistance, and Sirius Radio if you buy a new ride. Each of these things are subject to current offers but they put them in writing if they are available. The dealership is willing to look for the best possible financing and Ethan got an additional point down from my already decent credit union quote.
