Randy and the other staff in service have always been very kind and appropriate on the phone. When I call, I feel like I am talking with a professional, not some uneducated person off the street. They very kind and appropriate on the phone. When I call, I feel like I am talking with a professional, not some uneducated person off the street. They really seem to want to fix whatever situation is wrong with my vehicle. Even if something isn't necessarily covered by warranty, they have been willing to work with me if I am pressing for coverage. Van is always left clean when they are done servicing it. More

Eddie Miller is simply the best sales associate I have ever encountered when buying a car... used or new. He is relaxed, truthful and competent. We desired a specific type of Minivan with a specific se ever encountered when buying a car... used or new. He is relaxed, truthful and competent. We desired a specific type of Minivan with a specific set of options and engine. It was hard to find, yet Eddie pursued it with diligence and kept in contact with us. When things fell through on a van they thought they had (by no fault of their own) right at closing time, they stayed open late with us till almost 9:45 pm to help us select a van before the day was over to take advantage of incentives that were expiring. A pleasure to work with. Highly recommend. More
I did my homework then shopped all of the local Jeep dealers in search of a 2010 Jeep compass 4x4 with a 5 speed. Cunningham did not have the car in stock but chose to help me find the exact car I was l dealers in search of a 2010 Jeep compass 4x4 with a 5 speed. Cunningham did not have the car in stock but chose to help me find the exact car I was looking for. None of the other local dealers went the extra mile for me. When I sat down to make the deal Eddie made calls and searched for any discount or incentive offered. When I did not purchase on the spot , he followed up and found the deal I was looking for. He did an outstanding job, I would recommend him to anyone. More
Dealing with this dealer gets worse and worse. I bought a 2003 Caravan SE with 73k miles from Cunninghams in Oct 2010. It turns out the van is a rust bomb and the dealership had painted over the rust to hide it and didn't do the proper bodywork or disclose the true condition of the vehicle while still wanting a price that on Kelly Blue Books is for a very good to excellent vehicle with little rust. It just failed inspection for rusted out rocker panels less than 6 months after purchase. I have a $400 bill coming soon from reputable body shop to patch the holes in the rocker panels and two doors. The bodyshop said my best bet would be to sell the van. The rust is so bad and there isn't an aftermarket rocker panel available so the best he can do is to patch it up for the inspection and do the same thing next year till the van is to far gone. In October the salesman had said they had painted up some areas to take care of chips etc. The van looked very nice and there was no surface rust on the sides or upper areas of the van at the time of sale. The undercarraige had what looked like a normal amount of surface rust for this vehicle. The rocker panels looked good. When I brought the van home my wife spotted paint overspray on several areas but I was naive and didn't think a dealership would have acted like a corner car lot and pull something shady. My mistake. Over the winter more and more spots that had been touched up turned into rust. By spring I had rust hole thru the front edge of the hood, the driver and pass. doors looked like they were about to rust thru and one sliding door has an area looking like it will rust thru. I spoke with the sales manager, Jerry, Thursday and he tried to blame the previous owner for the cover up. This means when his dealership inspected the trade-in they either knew of the cover up and kept quiet or where inept at spotting rust and a cover up. However they were able to find it during my inspection in April so why couldn't they find the rusted out rocker panels at the time of the trade-in? The van didn't go from a solid van to rust bucket in less the 6 months and 3000 miles. The story gets worse. When I bought the van the dealership had promised me a free inspection the following March 2011 when the inspection was due so I dropped the van off this past Wednesday, the night before the inspection. The called me Thursday to say the van had holes in the rocker panels. I was pretty pissed and didn't want them to do the $72 patch job they offered so I told them to lock the key and fob in the van and I would pick it up Thursday night. They locked it up but didn't put the keys, proof of insurance or registration papers back in the van. I took the van home with an extra key I had brought. I live a 1/2 hour away so I wasn't happy about having traveled that far and finding they had screwed me again. The next morning I called and the service guy, Aaron, promises to drop off my things after work. He forgets to do this, a kid was sick at home. I call Sat. morning and the service guy Ryan tells me my keys and papers are lost. On Monday they find my papers and promise to replace my key and fob. They dropped off my papers and 2 keys Monday night but no fob. Screwed again. Be careful, this dealership is overpriced and will try to screw you. More
I went to check out a used car at Cunningham in Edinboro that I had found online and was interested in. I showed up at Cunningham in Edinboro on my day off, located the car, the car was unlocked, with the k that I had found online and was interested in. I showed up at Cunningham in Edinboro on my day off, located the car, the car was unlocked, with the keys in it, so I checked it out myself for a good 30 min. inside and out, nobody approached me. The only salesmen to come outside was to just smoke. So I figured I should go inside and get more information on this car and maybe take it for a test drive. I went inside, there was not a customers in their showroom, all of the employees didnt aknowledge me or take notice of my existence. ALL but one employee were typing on their computers, and the other was standing in the corner of the showroom drinking his coffee staring at me like I was an idiot. I waited for somebody to approach me for aprox. 10min. Nobody seemed interested or aknowledged me yet, so I left in disgust. So I went a couple miles up 99 to check out what Champion Ford had, and i have to say what a difference, I got approached in less than 5 min., found a car i liked, test drove, and got financed. I usually dont go out of my way to write reviews, but this place made me highly upset and I have no interest in returning to Cunningham of Edinboro. I also have no intention of recommending this dealer to anyone looking for a vehicle. If I were the owner I would be disapointed in my staff and fire every single one. More
Bought several cars, trucks, suv's from them. GREAT service, Best price in area, easy to get along with and they really do put the customer first. These people are low pressure sales people. I tell service, Best price in area, easy to get along with and they really do put the customer first. These people are low pressure sales people. I tell them exactly what I'm looking for and I am always prepared to tell them what price I feel I should be paying, (ballpark figure). We always reach a compromise where we are both satisfied. What more can you ask than that? An example of service: I was prepared to leave for an extended vacation when on the way home from work my vehicle lost power. They immediately took it in and replaced a camshaft under warranty and I was off on vacation only one hour later than I had planned. Don't misunderstand, I always shop around. I always end up at Cunningham's because of value in pricing and in service. D.Jones More
