Purchased our Acadia five years ago at Paul Sur, received great service. The service department has been great as well. False advertising I went there to look at a Buick Encore that was on their website listed at a sale price of $16,998. I called Monday November 4th and talked to Sierra. She wanted me to set up a time to come look at it so I told her I would come up November 5th at 9:15 am. I asked if this was the price and she confirmed it was so long I took delivery of vehicle by December 2nd. I wanted to confirm all this as I would be driving 2 hours to get there. Sierra assured me it was. Imagine my surprise when I arrived that the car wasn’t listed for that price any more.According to Earnest the salesman they had a glitch with their internet. Seriously a glitch!!!! Wouldn’t you have known that when I called on Monday instead of verifying the price for me? It says you record all your calls go back and listen to the call. I would buy any thing from these liars. if I could give you negative stars I would. More

When we went to the dealership to pick up the truck Charles took the time to explain all the amazing things the vehicle could do . He also took the time to sync up all of our phones and explained that we could get free oil changes and regular maintenance for 2 years . . When we were leaving the dealership we were thanked for coming in by Charles., Jeff Hall the sales manager and Mike Sur the owner .
