I had a positive experience purchasing my Roush F150 from Ford of Valpo. Inventory and price was unmatched, I shopped three dealerships from Indiana to North Carolina. The deal was complete along with the deposit to hold prior to driving 4 hours to pick it up. I worked with Cary and Byron during the sales process and both were thorough and professional. Post sale my communication has been with Brandon Manchak to address a minor warranty issue documented when I took delivery. Brandon is excellent, super responsive, professional and completely understands customer service. I have and will recommend to friends. More
