Thank you for sharing your experience with our body shop. We sincerely apologize that this repair process took as long as it did. We are equally upset with the amount of time these approvals and authorizations are taking nowadays - there's been a substantial increase in wait times that are unfortunately out of our control. We want to assure you that we submitted the paperwork in a timely manner to ensure this process moves forward with minimal delay. In addition, we advise our customers that in most cases the windshield breaks when we remove it (as was the case here). Luckily, we were able to expedite the delivery of the windshield for you and were able to replace the windshield faster than anticipated.
