Worst Customer Service Ever - 8hr Wait Time I received the worst customer service at Curry Honda on 9/30/17. I brought my car in for a 9:15am appointment and they did not finish the routine main I received the worst customer service at Curry Honda on 9/30/17. I brought my car in for a 9:15am appointment and they did not finish the routine maintenance and recall services until 5:15pm. The Advisor that helped me was completely unapologetic and had an attitude like I should not be upset about the poor service I received. He initially quoted me a wait time of 2-3 hours and I guess they expect ppl to be okay with being inconvenienced for 8 hours. I spoke to the Customer Relations Manager and she made excuses and kept talking about a safety sensor they had to fix. However one of the guys there told me they were still working on my front end alignment at 4pm and the sensor issue did not take more than 30-45 minutes to fix. Overall I am disappointed in the service I received and the Advisor and Customer Relations Manager’s lack of care. Only received excuses and they never offered a bill adjustment or free service to rectify the situation. I actually had to ask them what they could do and only then did the Manager offer me a free oil change - and again I never really received an apology for the wait. I will drive farther away to another dealership before I come back to Curry Honda in Chamblee. 8 hour wait times and bad customer service is completely unacceptable!! More

Scheduled Maintenance Appointment Called Curry Honda and made an appointment to have my oil changed and have my car inspected. Arrived early and was able to get my car into the shop ah Called Curry Honda and made an appointment to have my oil changed and have my car inspected. Arrived early and was able to get my car into the shop ahead of schedule. Met a personable service representative, Sarah Stewart, who prepared the paperwork and reviewed the maintenance records for my car. Based on the time since my last service, she recommended I have my tires rotated and balanced. I said OK, providing the work could be completed by 10:00 AM. She agreed and I went to the waiting room while my car was being serviced. True to her word, Sarah got my car serviced and returned to me ahead of schedule, and I was able to leave for my 10:30 doctor's appointment. More
