Given last-minute nature, I wasn't surprised but it took a little while to get the oil changed and a tire problem checked out - turns out part of the reason was I didn't know there was a nail lodged underneath the tire. Price was quite good. Waiting room was clean, with water, lots of coffee types, and free good wi-fi. I also brought my dog, and we took a walk around the area. Valets and mechanics were also good about driving around carefully with an unexpected pedestrian in the lot. I was able to walk the dog and get a bunch of work done, and the car was all better after. More
