Car damaged in service department; responsibility denied Just had a bad experience with the service department at Curry Honda Georgia. My car was scratched all along the driver's side while in the service de Just had a bad experience with the service department at Curry Honda Georgia. My car was scratched all along the driver's side while in the service department on Saturday. The service manager claims they have no responsibility -- that leaving my car with them is "just like parking it at WalMart" (which is not true) and that "they could have done the service in the parking lot" (but of course, they did not -- I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up at the end of the day). They claim the damage could have happened elsewhere (but refuse to look at video that could confirm my claim). I love my Honda (this is the 5th one that our family has purchased) but I would drive somewhere else for service. More

Best Honda service departments in the Atlanta area I've been coming to Curry Honda for almost two years. When I moved to Atlanta I called Honda's warranty department and was told my warranty is valid a I've been coming to Curry Honda for almost two years. When I moved to Atlanta I called Honda's warranty department and was told my warranty is valid at all Honda dealerships. However, when I called a Honda dealership located near my house a supervisor was very rude and told me he couldn't confirm if my warranty was good there until AFTER they serviced my vehicle, which meant I could end of paying out of pocket. I called Curry Honda and from the very first phone call they were professional and friendly. They confirmed everything the Honda warranty department told me. I always request Catie, she's the best! But the entire staff provides great customer service. More
