Hello. We're sorry you feel that way. We run a very straight forward business and do our best to satisfy every customer. It seems as though we might have fallen short on your visit. We have spoken to Mr. Hollis and the Sales Manager in question and both say there was no TrueCar certificate presented at time of negotiation. So our Sales Manager ran the TrueCar report and then listed the price as shown. They stated you didn't agree with that price, but never pulled up on your phone the price you stated you received. Again, we apologize everyone wasn't on the same page during this negotiation and that left the sales experience with a negative tone. We wish you all the best in your search for your new Honda. sounds good on the surface however underneath the flattery words i find deceit lies and cheats and of course those flattery words will be tested in the near future and i seriously believe from my past experience you will fail again and again i have talked to cory ford which manages andy haverkamp and the sweet little lies that came so easly like he had it memorize to the point he didnt have to blink and eye to lie to me to get me out of the way for something more important in his day which wasnt me as a customer from my past experience i have found that the customer is the most important not the least important part of any business not at curry honda and that anthony davis he may be the deal make however his customer service skills after the sell is representative of the kind of i received cory fords department which indicates to me the problem i had and i knoww i willl continue to have

well if you corrected the issue why didnt cory ford look at my car today on 7/26/16 to try to resolve warranty issues i am having with my car again i say you havent corrected your customer service un customer friendly practices and once again more lies cheats and once a customers buys a car the question i feel is who are you to me as a customer im not feeling any customer appreciation from any of you as a customer and whoever is responding to my messages is so far disconnected from the reality of whats going on in your dealership its absolutely laughable when you respond tell the real truth and not some image you want the world to preceive you as well when you lie to your customers ANDY HAVERKAMP sometimes you lie to the wrong customer that doesnt sit down and eat the lie you are feeding them not me you told me in a previous message that the car has a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty then why arent you honoring that ITS NOT MY FAULT THAT YOU SPEAK ON THING AND MUMBLE SOMETHING ELSE THanks for nothing whoever you are and no customer service after the sell if anyone is reading yhis and you have had similiar service problems go to google and say HONDA WORLD HEADQUARDERS AND SEND A LETTER TO THEM IT ONLY COST 2 DOLLARS AT UPS STORE THE USA HONDA CAN DO NOTHING WITH THE DEALERSHIPS BECAUSE THEY ARE INDEPENDLY OWNED AND ONLY TRY TO COVER UP THE SLEAZY THATS GOING ON AT THE DEALERSHIP I KNOW THISBECAUSE I FILED ACASE AGAINST CURRY HONDA WITH THE USA HONDA HEADQUARDERS AND TOLD THEM I WOULD BE FOLLOWING UP WITH CORY FORD ON THE Bad service ANDY HAVERKAMP lies and cheats just to get me to move on and not bother them and not give me the custmer service i deserve TO THE WORLD I HAVE GIVING AND MANSGED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I CAN TRUTHLY TELL YOU THAT CURRY HONDA DOES NOT GIVE AFTER THE SELL EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IF ANYONE OF CURRY HONDAS EMPLOYEES EVER COME INTO A PLACE I WORK I AM TELL THE WIRLD I WILL GIVE THEM EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DESERVE AS A VALUED CUSTOMER ALLOWING ME TO PAY MY BILLS EAT DRINK AND BE MARRY UNLIKE THE SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE BEEN GIVE AT CURRY HONDA AND I FONT WANT TO LEAVE IUT ANTHONY DAVIS THE DEAL MAKER BUT NOT CUSTOMER SATISFIER FROM MY RESENT EXPERIENCE WITH ANTHONY DAVIS IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS HE WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK I HAD TO KEEP CALL HIM AND HE WOULD TELL ME HE HAD CUSTOMER WELL WHO AM I A SHOCKER A CUSTOMER REGRETFULLY AM
