I would like to personally invite you to pay us a visit and see for yourself the difference between us and other Atlanta new and used car dealerships. We have remained true to our friendly, family business heritage, and despite our significant growth, you will still see familiar faces year-in and year-out. More than our facilities and equipment, I believe you will agree that our diverse, multi-talented and well trained management and staff makes Curry Honda a very special place. Here at Curry Honda we are proud recipients of the 2005, 2007, and 2011 President's Award for Excellence as one of Honda's top dealerships nationwide. As General Manager I am proud of the reputation for outstanding service that has been earned in the more than 25 year history of the dealership. Going forward, our simple goal of exceeding all our customer's expectations is evident, as we constantly strive for excellence in all areas of service. At Curry Honda we have elevated customer service through our profound customer oriented attitude that has no equal either in priority or importance. As we say around here, "Come home to Curry" and see why you will want to be part of the Curry Family.

Dfountain88, We apologize your experience went south after meeting with Benji's trainer. We will speak to Benji and his trainer immediately and address this situation. That's type of behavior is not tolerated in this dealership. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to earn your business and for the feedback so we may fix this concern. Best regards, TJ Toreno Curry Honda ttoreno@curryhondaga.com

Thank you for the apology. Benji was great. His trainer however was not. I would like his trainer to personally call my wife and apologize. I spent many years with Mercedes Benz and never would I talk down to my customers. I know why he did, he thought she had bad credit and was a waste of time, but that doesn't make it right. You have our phone number in our system, have him make the call, she can tell him what we bought and what rate we received. Thanks forthe response. Best wishes and best of luck. David Fountain

Ms. Liz, We are sorry you are having an issue with your car. We absolutely want to fix whatever issue is there. While Mr. Walker most certainly should have done a quick overall inspection of the vehicle, I’m not sure if you had an appointment at the time or if there was a wait to get the vehicle in that was mentioned and therefore the vehicle wasn’t left with us to give ample time to check it. However, he is correct in the fact that we have to be able to duplicate a concern to be able to know for certain what the issue is and that our repair will fix the situation. If you stated the noise only happens after the car has been sitting a while, then we would need you to leave the vehicle with us to be able to re-create that situation. This would be the same at any dealer unless the noise becomes prevalent anytime the vehicle is driven. We’d love the opportunity to fix your vehicle for you. Is there a day during the week you can drop it off with us so we may have the proper time to investigate it? Please let us know and we’d be more than happy to help fix your vehicle. I will also discuss the situation with the Service Manager to hear his side. If there was something done or said to disrespect a customer it will be dealt with internally. We run a fair and honest business and pride ourselves in customer service. And while we know no matter how hard we try, we can’t make everyone happy, we’ll continue to strive for that exact result. Thank you for your feedback. Regards, TJ Toreno Curry Honda ttoreno@curryhondaga.com

Mr. Walker should have done some sort of inspection to see what can be causing 2012 to be making those noises. Don't get me started on Chris ! Manager really he made the situation worse !! As far as leaving a vehicle your shuttle bus does not go as far as Johnson Ferry Rd and Peachtree Dunwoody Rd so how is someone suppose to leave they're only vehicle with you all ? Curry Honda should have some sort of accommodations for they're customers, which I'm coming to realize you guys just don't care. If I don't work and I can't pay for that car! This dealer along with the service dept has put an awful taste in my mouth ! Its a shame you guys would do anything to sell a vehicle to someone but when something is wrong with that vehicle you make it so impossible for the customer to get it serviced. Brian even mentioned I should take it to another dealer what a genius ! You pride yourself on customer service but do an awful good at it !! You guys didn't even try that's the issue ! From what some people are saying it could be the belt, I was just trying to figure out why is this car which is just a year and a half old making this strange noise but I'm guessing I will never get an answer so when the car completely breaks down I'll just let the bank come get it since Curry Honda did absolutely nothing about it!!!! Angry and Dissatisfied Customer

Also it shouldn't matter if I had an appointment or not the vehicle should have been looked at and I should not have been turned away !

Ms. Bonilla, We have thousands of customers who don’t live within 10 miles of us. If they have an issue with their vehicle and need us to look at it they are in the same predicament as you, but they find a way to leave it. There is nothing we can do about where our dealership is located and unfortunately we don’t have the access to any type of loaner car, but other dealers may. We work much like a doctor’s office. People set appointments all day long and that fills up our time slots. Can we take walk-ins? Sure. But only if time permits and they will not go in ahead of appointments. Saturday is our busiest day of the week and we set over 100 appointments most Saturdays. Did this noise just start happening so you didn’t have time to make one or has it been happening for some time? We do want to help fix your vehicle, but if the vehicle must sit for hours before it will make the noise then you must leave it with us for that to be duplicated. There really is no other way around it. Otherwise we would be doing you a disservice because if we can’t accurately diagnose the problem we can’t fix it properly and then we'd be wasting your time. Please email me directly if you wish to try and coordinate a time to leave it with us, we are here to help. My email is ttoreno@curryhondaga.com. Thank you, TJ Toreno

First of all if what I needed was an appointment then your service dept should say Saturdays are only for appointments no walk-ins! Like I mentioned to Brian and Chris this noise has been going to since summer but I didn't know how to explain and I assumed it would go away. Unfortunately, I'm not a mechanic nor do I have family members who live in GA that I can rely on. That's why I have a vehicle that I pay for that should be reliable enough to get me where I need to go!!! Curry Honda has been nothing but I headache since I purchased this car in April of 2012. Your customer service is horrible and if I found another Honda dealer that would accept my service plan I would go there. The sad part is after calling around no one takes the service plan being that they don't reimburse them at a timely manner so I'm basically stuck with a crappy dealer! My bad experiences is the main reason why I have never referred anyone to your dealer! FYI: this is the closiest dealer to my job! This is absolutely ridiculous and I will contact the corporate office and let them what is going on so they can put in the record. Nothing has been resolved by this so there's no need for you to continue to message me.
