IDK but he was cool and told me everything I needed. I never seen under my hood but he showed me alot of things (more like an education than trying to sell me stuff). im never goung no where else. Solid service, speed depends on time of day Curry is the only dealer inside the perimeter, as they'll proudly tell you. So it's always busy, even at 7 am, but hitting an early morning appt does Curry is the only dealer inside the perimeter, as they'll proudly tell you. So it's always busy, even at 7 am, but hitting an early morning appt does get you in and out sooner. A mid-day appt might take an extra hour. Not ideal, but not surprising. Service is friendly, work is good, price is high, but again, it's a dealer and it's close to the city. I'll keep coming back. Ask for their best coupon and they actually tell you what it is! More

Their waiting area is clean, has free wi-fi, free coffee, comfortable chairs, and it’s not too cramped. So it’s not bad if you have to wait around for your car. Service-wise they keep good track of what you’ve done to your car and what you need. Taking your car to the dealer is obviously going to be more expensive but as far as dealers go you can see where the extra expense goes. More

The only negative I can think of, part of which they can and part they cannot control, is how packed the waiting room can get. I almost always wait and have yet to see it at capacity, but it comes close at times. Another Honda dealer had an amazing waiting room, but this one is meh. There is water and coffee, as well as a snack machine. Then your typical waiting room items--chairs, 2 TVs, magazines and seating. But again, this is probably the only "negative" I've seen. The customer service experience is most important. More
