I had my regular oil change here today, and this will be the last time I visit this place. The service is ok, but the advisor I had (his name is David Charles) was completely unprofessional and terrible. He the last time I visit this place. The service is ok, but the advisor I had (his name is David Charles) was completely unprofessional and terrible. He didn't communicate anything to me about my vehicle. That is ok. But when I asked him how long more it'll take to finish my vehicle, he told me about 15min. An hour later, it's still not done. I could have gone running errand during that time. Of course I don't appreciate being lied to. Then after I got my key back, my vehicle is no where to be found. They parked it somewhere far away, that the car alarm sounded very distant. After 15 more minutes, they still looked for someone to bring my car back to the shop. It's basically wasting my time, and also the overall customer service is very unprofessional. The advisor doesn't even apologize for any of it. There's better service elsewhere. More
