They give you an appointment time but it's meaningless. The greedy so and sos stack up cars and don't give a darn about how long their customers have to wait until they get to it. This never happened when I had a Toyota and brought it to the dealer for an oil change -30 minutes, tops, is all it took. The lousy service scheduling is exactly why I'll buy another Toyota when I buy the next car More
