Hope that will be true. My last purchase years ago with another dealer they would not help with explanations of the car or answer any questions I had. I went back to get a Manuel which had not been included and the salesman could not be bothered. Once I left the dealership never heard from them regarding anything. New Nissan Rouge Jim Ward was a great sale agent. Last week I turned in a lease car and got a use Nissian Santra.for my daughter and that went great. Today bought wif Jim Ward was a great sale agent. Last week I turned in a lease car and got a use Nissian Santra.for my daughter and that went great. Today bought wife a new Rouge, we turned in another lease car and bought this one out right. Each step of this went great. I just told Jim what I want to pay per month and he put us into the car we wanted. We added all the extras. If you want a no stress time getting into a car Jim is the one you want to go to. His boss is also great. He made sure we did not have to fight for the price. He just made what Jim wanted to work.
