Our son was ready to look for a truck so my husband and I decided to stop at Curry while he was at work to see what was available. He was very attentative to what we were looking for, especially the same payment our son had with his previous vehicle which he along with Chris (finances) accomplished. Lo and behold by the end of the day our son drove off with his new (used) Nissan truck, which he didn't expect to do. It was amazing how smooth the transaction went. David was a great host offering us beverages and made us feel right at home all the while we were at Curry. We've purchased many vehicles here and have always stayed with the same car salesman. When ours left after many years, Howard had David take care of us and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. It was truely a great expeience and will be back when it's time for another vehicle, of course with David! He is truely an asset for Curry. More

We looked at several different options and I was going to buy a used vehicle but after listening to George and his finance team I learned a lot about leasing. The finance manager Fitz also sat down with me and re-assured me of my fears and answered all my questions. The entire team was extremely friendly, patient and professional. I am now leasing a brand new 2013 fully loaded Rogue right at the price I wanted. On the day of my pick up, George was scheduled to be off but came in at the time I requested to meet me to go over the entire vehicle; another wonderful salesman also came out and programmed my cell phone to my car for me. I am so impressed with the customer service; I would recommend this dealership and sales staff to all my friends, co workers and family. I am excited to be part of the Nissan family. My husband and I went to find an automobile that would fit into our budget. June 26, 2013 has to be one of the better days, perhaps the best day I have had in a long time. I would like to share my story as to what made this day stand out as a special day, has made a lasting impre the best day I have had in a long time. I would like to share my story as to what made this day stand out as a special day, has made a lasting impression and has restored my faith. On Monday 6/24 I placed a call to Curry Nissan where I talked with a young man named Gus that scheduled me an appointment to come in and speak to a sales person the next day on my lunch hour. I shared with Gus that my situation was complicated, and I had a limited amount of time. He assured me they could help me. I will admit I was skeptical. I had been to another Nissan dealer located in Northampton, in March looking for some guidance and it was not a good experience nor did it leave me with a good feeling that any Nissan dealer would be able to assist me. In fact On Sunday June 24th I went into the local Thrifty dealership feeling that may be my only hope. You see 3 years ago we were one of the millions affected by my husbands job loss and unfortunately, after quite a fight lost our home. This of course did not leave me with very good credit. To make things more complicated and a bit stressful for me, my son had purchased a 2010 Nissan Sentra with me as a co-signer. He also had lost his job, had fallen behind in the lease payment and ultimately I took over the vehicle and the payments. I did not love this car,as I prefer an SUV but I stuck it out. The term on the lease ends 8/6/13. I needed a plan. With a bankruptcy in the not so distant pass, pending short sale on our home and a vehicle they was significantly over on the miles this left me feeling like I did not have many options, June 25th I had the pleasure of meeting one of the most compassionate and talented sales man ever, George Brown. He was respectful of my lunch hour, was confident in his ability to help me out of the lease vehicle and into a Rouge, which is what I asked him for. I shared my story and while he was empathetic he assured me I was not alone. He told me that he would make it happen, to have faith. I liked his optimistic attitude and figured I would let him know that I would really love a sunroof on my new vehicle. Within the hour he had also introduced me to another outstanding member of his team at Curry Nissan Fitz Tarry the Finance Manager. He was just as pleasant, confident and professional. Both of these men never made me feel judged or as if I had failed in some way. George was so confident he went out to the lot found a silver Rogue (my choice of color) with a SUN ROOF!! When I left 1 hour later George assured me he would call me later that afternoon with good news. He did just that! He called and told me I was approved and that he would see me the following afternoon at 5:30pm to pick up my new vehicle. June 26th, I arrived early, George greeted me, offered me a water while I waited for him to finish with a previous customer and then explained everything to me about my new vehicle! The entire process was impressive and to top it off George had promised I would be taking my new vehicle home that evening. George followed through on his promise. That is the type of customer service that builds loyalty, respect and repeat business. I know this because I am a manager at Baystate Medical in our call center and our focus is outstanding customer service. I received just that! I think I was in shock when he handed me the gadget (key), I emptied out the leased vehicle and waited for George to pull up my new Rogue! Next another great guy, who was genuinely happy for me Jarrod Marshall who synced my car with my i-phone and added all my contacts! Way to go Jarrod! Love it! The process was an easy flowing process. My next interaction was sitting down with Fitz. What a great guy! He is soft spoken, respectful, and honest. He explained to me the current interest rate, the option to pay bi weekly, the warranty, everything I needed to know about the financing. He also assured me that 3 years from now I would be in a much better place and we will meet again with a fantastic interest rate. Honestly I feel the rate he was able to get me was excellent considering the credit history. He explained that he could see my story through the credit report and because of his rapport with the agents he could advocate for the customer. He made my day and he stated, :Welcome to the family" What a great family to be a part of! George took me out, loaded my belongings into the Rogue, showed me all the cool features and as I expressed, "Today, life is good" George said, "You just have to Believe". George you and your team made a believer out of me today! There is still some good guys in the world and Curry Nissan has quite a few! Thank you all!! Sincerely, Michelle B. More
