Bad Tires i purchased a used car from Colonial Subaru of Kingston NY it was equipped with BAD TIRES. The tires frequently failed. i was told that i could ONLY r i purchased a used car from Colonial Subaru of Kingston NY it was equipped with BAD TIRES. The tires frequently failed. i was told that i could ONLY replace them with the same tire. Today another tire failed. I tried to order another but Colonial Subaru of Kingston NY,now distancing themselves from BAD TIRES, told me they could not order a replacement. i, just a guy, was able to do so online.The good news is that they are half the price that Colonial Subaru of Kingston NY was charging me for them. I guess it is OK to lose customers one at a time but when that customer is a lifelong resident of the area and knows just about everybody Colonial Subaru of Kingston might not like the FACT that this customer is warning others that their families might be at risk from products sold by COlonial Subaru of Kingston NY. More

Recently I was looking for a new car, and on several occasions I tried to get them to match offers that I I have grown to dislike this dealership. Recently I was looking for a new car, and on several occasions I tried to get them to match offers that I received from other dealerships on the car that I wanted, and they took days to get back to me, and then even after all of that they couldn't get the deal done. I ended up buying my car at Mid-Hudson Subaru across the river. On-top of all of the pain of buying a car from them, there service department sucks. It has the worst hours of any service department in the history of service departments. They are open M-F 8:00a - 5:00p. Who can work with those hours? If you want a loaner vehicle? You must be having MAJOR service done. You work right down the road, and you just want a ride? HA! Not a chance. If your thinking about this dealership, just do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I talked to Ruge's over the phone, and even they were more accommodating than Colonial, but when it came down to it, every dealer in the area is leaps and bounds ahead of Colonial. More
