However, the moment I mentioned that I would be using my own credit union for financing, the level of communication changed completely. Responses stopped, there was no follow-up, and a clear lack of transparency became evident. Shortly after, I noticed changes in both the price and the vehicle’s availability. This raises serious concerns about their sales practices. It felt as though the deal was only valid as long as it benefited their in-house financing system—an approach that is misleading to customers who expect fair and consistent treatment regardless of how they choose to pay. A dealership should operate with transparency, consistency, and professionalism throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, that was not my experience in this case. Buyers should proceed with caution and ensure that all terms are clearly confirmed and honored before moving forward with any transaction. More
