This was the worst experience ever trying to buy a new work truck. Maurice was great. My family and I waited over 3 hours just for a quote and they could not answer all my questions due to the banks being work truck. Maurice was great. My family and I waited over 3 hours just for a quote and they could not answer all my questions due to the banks being closed. The next day, I did not get any call from the dealership until the evening about 6:30pm. Maurice asked if the sales manager has called me and I stated no. I was already approved to buy the truck on personal use. But I changed it to a business and they stated that I would have to wait till Monday for the bank to open. It took the dealership 3 days to get back to me and that is with me being fed up and just doing it under personal cause they were taking so long to approve under my business. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone at all. I have brought my business to another dealership. More

Forgot my floor mats I bought a new 2018 Chevy Cruze from this dealership. While it never dawned on me, one of my friends pointed it the fact that my car didn’t have any f I bought a new 2018 Chevy Cruze from this dealership. While it never dawned on me, one of my friends pointed it the fact that my car didn’t have any floor mats. I soon realized that I, in fact, never received the floor mats that were supposed to come with my car and my carpet is now damaged. When I called to explain the situation I was transferred twice and put on hold where I was then hung up on. I called back and was told I would have to wait until the following weekend to return to see if I was “truly” missing my floor mats. I returned to the dealership to receive my floormats and was handed me dirty used floormats out of a “new” vehicle. Very disappointed with this dealership. More
