Staff was very professional and understanding to get us through the process with our vehicle issues. This vehicle has to many eiectronic sensors issues that has caused a waste of my time and this dealershi through the process with our vehicle issues. Brake & suspension alerts keep coming on the display and now shadow display on the date & time display is happening. We have another appointment set for 12-16-2025. Just moved to hawaii and needed to get work done on my truck ASAP! They got me in a week later and Ryan helped me through the entire process. Took my truck for service for the last 5 years. The price is right and since my warranty is up i still have them do my oil change. I can do my own service since i owned a gas station but for the price makes sense to let them service my truck and save me the hassle. There was one problem that i felt was sloppy work and my reason for a 4 star rating. I have an oem cold air intake system and whoever serviced my truck didn’t bother to put back the gasket that surrounds the cover. The gasket was just hanging. It does come off when you take the cover but you would think the owner would check. I am a car guy who keeps his truck clean all the time. Jus carelessness. More
